Crave the Sound ‘Zine

A ‘zine representing our collective music publication, Crave the Sound, from Spring 2020. Curated and created by our team, this physical manifestation of our work over the 2019-2020 academic year represents the concerts, interviews, album releases, and more that Crave the Sound has covered.

An Unreal Gallery

A virtual web VR experience housing a personal art gallery, inspired by the closing of art museums and galleries due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

This project utilized an open-source web framework for creating webXR content, A-Frame, paired with Blender for 3D modeling.

This project utilized Adobe Illustrator for branding, layout, and die-lines, and Adobe Dimension to create 3D renderings to better envision the product on the shelves of a coffee shop.

Coffee Roasters

MR.H Coffee Roasters is a brand and packaging design concept developed to demonstrate the ability to design a start-to-finish coffee brand.

Why, I Don’t Know

Why, I Don’t Know was a personal ‘zine project that features quotes by notorious female photographers throughout history, as our history tends to brush over a lot of women from many backgrounds. This ‘zine features personal artwork and photography, as well as film scans, quotes, re-worked photos, and more.

This project largely relied on InDesign, with the addition of Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustator. In addition to this, much of the content was scanned on a flatbed scanner, and then finished with a saddle stitched hand-binding.

The word mark for CU Serves was required to meet the university’s brand and identity standards, and therefore involved a lot of ideation and re-working. The website was created with CU’s proprietary web-publishing platform, Web Express.

A word mark and website designed for the University of Colorado Boulder’s Volunteer Resource Center for our CU Serves initiative to encompass individual and group volunteer opportunities as well as court-mandated community service hours and our Volunteer Placement Program.
