In the beginning of the Spring semester at CU, the collective of Crave the Sound’s executive team, myself included, decided we wanted to create a physical manifestation of the work we have done over the year.
This goal was made much more difficult once Covid-19 began taking its toll on university functions. I managed to continue the work we had started through a quarantine, and our executive team helped get them printed and distributed.
First came the planning. The ideation, the scheduling, acquiring funding, creating layouts, all of it.

Next came the task of generating and curating content for the ‘zine. We wanted to maintain a mix of photography, artist profiles, miscellaneous writing pieces, and quotes from concert reviews.

Although a daunting task, this proved to be a very fulfilling project, and turned out beautifully in physical print. Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible.
